At Southern Cross Grammar, we believe education is most powerful when a student is truly known and their potential is unlocked to shape what comes next.
Southern Cross Grammar is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational Foundation to Year 12 school located on a single campus in Caroline Springs, Victoria. Established in 2011, we are a learning community united by a clear purpose: to develop people who make a positive difference in the world.
At the core of our school is a culture of high performance shaped by the belief that every student deserves to be known, their strengths recognised, and their potential nurtured through academic rigour, meaningful relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to wellbeing. To support this, Southern Cross Grammar is deliberately medium-sized with a rich curriculum and co-curricular program for students to pursue their ambitions while remaining connected in a values-rich environment.
At the core of our school is a culture of high performance shaped by the belief that every student deserves to be known, their strengths recognised, and their potential nurtured through academic rigour, meaningful relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to wellbeing.
Our philosophy brings together evidence-based teaching and strong, trusting relationships to maximise growth for all learners. This work is led by dedicated educators who are deeply invested in each student’s learning and development, and who continually reflect on their teaching practice to ensure it remains purposeful, informed, and responsive. This approach is underpinned by our values of Respect, Inclusivity, Excellence, and Resilience. These values define who we are as a community and are lived every day, guiding how we learn, work together, and support one another to strive for our best.
At Southern Cross Grammar our students are encouraged to think critically, act with integrity, and embrace challenge, supported by staff who know them well and are genuinely committed to championing each student’s unique journey.
In partnership with our families, we prepare young people not only for success at school, but for lives of purpose and impact, grounded in the belief that when students matter, futures shine brighter.
