At Southern Cross Grammar we seek to provide ample and fulfilling student leadership opportunities for our students to explore and develop their leadership knowledge and capacity.
We aim to develop the leadership potential in our students, in accordance with our Student Centred Vision and aspire to provide opportunity for students to be engaged in the operation of the school as well as contributing to the broader community.
We aim to empower students to aspire to take on roles of leadership and responsibility that will equip them to continue to contribute to their communities at the conclusion of their time at the school. We also aim to foster enhanced student respect for themselves, their school community and the broader community by encouraging their involvement in the many diverse elements of each of those communities.
